    Incoming e-mail is received by the CTI Spam Protector Service.
    The blacklist contains people who you wish not to receive e-mail from. If someone from your blacklist sends you an e-mail, it will automatically be deleted. You can add anyone you want to your blacklist.
    The whitelist contains people you want to receive e-mail from. All e-mail from people on your whitelist will automatically be delivered to your mailbox. You have the ability to move people from your whitelist to your blacklist.
     
    When you receive e-mail from someone who is not on your blacklist or whitelist, a challenge e-mail will be sent back to the sender. If the sender wishes to add themselves to your whitelist they can type in the authorization code that is provided to them. This code will verify they are a real person. Once the code has been entered the original message will be delivered to your mailbox.
    The message will be stored for sevend days waiting for the sender to authorize themselves. After than time the message will be discarded.
