1. Open Outlook Express
2. Goto Tools and then Accounts...
3. Click on the Mail tab
4. Highlight your email account and click the Properties button
5. Goto the Servers tab
6. Change Outgoing mail(SMTP) from mail.ctitech.com to smtp.ctitech.com
NOTE: Do not change your POP3 server
7. Click the OK button
8. Click the Close button
